The development of sharia products is currently happening in Indonesia, especially Islamic financial institutions, various kinds and contracts are applied carrying out their business activities, one the rahn contract pawn shops. Basically, sharia-based have special characteristics such as, not using interest any form because it can cause usury, money as a medium exchange traded commodity, doing to get rewards for services performed. Although pillars conditions been carried accordance with sharia, there still some things that must be clarified correct practice theory. This study aims find how apply pawnshops.
